Terms of Use and Sale
1. Agreement and scope
These Terms govern access to this website and interactions with SignalLane Systems LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“SignalLane,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you purchase a licensed organizational system, the Organizational Systems License and Refund Policy also apply. A signed services agreement controls any advisory engagement.
2. Product use and legal boundary
Use this as operating infrastructure, not individualized legal advice.
SignalLane Systems LLC is providing a generalized business, compliance, governance, and risk-management framework. The materials do not constitute legal advice or legal representation.
Purchase, download, or use does not create an attorney-client relationship. If legal advice is needed, the user should consult counsel authorized to advise the organization in the relevant jurisdiction.
The buyer remains responsible for defining applicable legal, contractual, regulatory, audit, safety, privacy, employment, security, and industry requirements.
The materials do not guarantee compliance, audit success, certification, prevention of misconduct, or a particular business result.
3. Sales, payment, delivery, and license
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed through Stripe-hosted checkout. Secure digital access is provided through SignalLane's secure fulfillment service after a successful payment. A standard purchase grants a Single-Entity Organizational License for one purchasing legal entity. Permitted internal use includes access, copying, and adaptation by unlimited internal users within that purchasing entity. SignalLane retains ownership of the products, copyrights, frameworks, methods, trademarks, and original materials. Redistribution, resale, publication, sublicensing, use for external clients, and use by unrelated legal entities are prohibited unless separately authorized in writing. Consultants, advisors, law firms, and service providers seeking to use the products across clients require a separate Professional Advisor License. Purchases are generally final after access or download is provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise; the Refund Policy controls refund and file-access issues.
4. Intellectual property
The site and its content, systems, frameworks, names, text, graphics, and materials are owned by or licensed to SignalLane and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. SignalLane Systems™, SignalVault™, SignalAuthority™, SignalAssure™, SignalGauge™, and SignalVendor™ are proprietary marks. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms or a written license.
5. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the site, bypass security, scrape or extract content at scale, misrepresent affiliation, use content unlawfully, or copy, distribute, sell, publish, or create derivative commercial offerings from proprietary materials without written permission.
6. Third-party services
The site may use or link to third-party services, including Stripe-hosted checkout and digital-delivery providers. Their terms and privacy practices govern their services. SignalLane is not responsible for third-party systems outside its reasonable control.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and general information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing guarantees a legal, regulatory, operational, or business outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignalLane will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from the site or general information. Applicable law may not permit every limitation.
8. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by Georgia law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue will lie in state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Questions may be sent to the contact form.
