Across more than 15 years in law, enforcement, investigations, and compliance, Coretta Catlin has worked at the point where legal requirements meet operational reality. Her career has spanned federal prosecution and regulatory enforcement, complex investigations, cross-border regulatory compliance work at a global law firm, and in-house legal and compliance leadership in a fast-scaling, technology-enabled business. Across those environments, she has seen the same challenge from different sides: organizations rarely struggle because they lack another policy or legal conclusion. They struggle when risk is not translated into clear ownership, sound decisions, workable controls, meaningful escalation, reliable evidence, and sustained follow-through.
That experience is the foundation of SignalLane Systems. The premise is simple: an issue is not resolved because an investigation ends, a finding is written, or a policy exists. Durable resolution requires accountability, operating discipline, monitoring, remediation, and systems that learn from what went wrong so the same failure is less likely to happen again.
